The darkest atmosphere you will ever find.
- Voir tout l'avisEraserhead is a movie that is not for everybody. It is a daring movie that makes you think about life, death, and fatherhood. Unlike many movies that just tell a story, Eraserhead is a movie in which you HAVE to interpret what it means by yourself. It does not just give away what it is about like most films. This movie is very very very dark and scary. The first time I watched it, I had nightmares for nights and nights and nights. If you get very scared easily by images then I beg of you to not see this film. Eraserhead is one of a kind and will never be remade because it just cant be remade. Note : 10/10 Points forts : Very dark atmosphere, acting, sounds, music, and special effects. ![]() Les membres qui ont sélectionné Eraserhead:

Great movie, but I think Alejandro Jodorowsky's: "Fando y Lis" is far better than this.

This seriously was one of the most trying films I've sat through. It's not bad, but is it good? I don't know.

It's my least favorite Lynch. And that includes Dune.

I can't possibly take credit for all that I just wrote. I had most of it figured out in parts, but it was really ol' Bill Newton who outlined it all as a cohesive whole. And yes, I did just refer to Eraserhead as a cohesive whole, because it DOES make sense, and it's infinitely better after it's understood.

Wow Dan, you've really disected this film. Personally, I don't ever attempt to completely understand a Lynch film (especially this one). His films are just so much more interesting when they don't make sense.

Yes, and I couldn't have said it better myself. This movie is alienation.
