"Who are you? WHO ARE YOU?!"

The question that defines what the film is. Who *is* this guy, what makes him tick, what motivates him? This film is proof that you can be historically inaccurate and still produce a perfect film.

I just love it.

That quiet, melancholy ending just blows me away every time: "Well, sir. Going home." "Hmm?" "Home, sir". Lawrence looks longingly at a caravan going the other way. A motorcycle, harbinger of his death 17 years later, passes, bringing the film full circle.

Goosebumps.

"Nobody cares what that asshole Spielberg has to say. If i had heard that prior to seeing it, I would've never saw it because he said it. If I somehow caught this unknowingly, then found out it was the film he praised, that I didn't see because he praised it, I would go back and kill him for making me hold off on it. - I HOPE that makes tons of sense.

My vote for one of the top 3 greatest films ever produced. Lord of the Rings is a fucking joke."

Try and pull your head out of your ass, please.

Great film. I need to see it again though. I saw it over a year ago on the big screen. It was my first time seeing it.

Funny thing is, I used to think it was boring. But me and Peter O'Toole eventually got an understanding. Things are ok now.
