Good stuff! - on Jedi v Empire: My fave scene in any Star Wars movie is in Jedi - the Luke / Vader / Emporer scene, but prefer Empire as a whole film. I find Jedi a little episodic. (if that's a real word!)

Some great choices here. I am just about to order 'Narc' on DVD...

All Star Wars are great but thank you for rankning Jedi above Empire. I argue with people all the time that Jedi is he greatest Star Wars movie and many feel Empire rules but I'm glad you see it my way!

You've got a few great films, and a few terrible ones. A decent one after all. Who is your fave director?

I've seen all of your top ten, and they were all quite excellent. 15 and 20 were great as well.

Nice list. I don't care for Star Wars...and you don't really have anything pre-1980....but hey, to each his own.

Nice choices. I'm a big Kevin Smith fan so getting Dogma in there is a big plus, though I personally liked Clerks and Chasing Amy better. Lots of people have put Darko in (it narrowly misses my list and gets more interesting every time I see it). Also, you may be one of the few to like Back to the Future II as much or better than the first. All those people who complained the plot was too complex don't pay enough attention when they watch movies. These are the people Hollywood dumbs down for!

Interesting list. I love a few movies, think a few are just good, and see some that I have yet to see. You mix classics with personal faves. Solid man.

Great List..... Darko, Signs, Tremors, and Manhunter are gems. Not a big fan of Gump though, but still a great list.
