The first time I watched it, I didn't like it that much. But the second (which was precisely today), I loved the surreal atmosphere and the very well achieved characters of Mickey and Mallory. I would call them the "postmodern Bonnie and Clyde".

Masterpiece.

Personally, I really like this movie. I think it's extremely well done.

But I don't think that anyone would seriously say that it's not a technical masterpiece. No? It has something like 6 times as many cuts as most films have. And you can't tell me that it's all arbitrary -- I was very impressed. This is vastly superior to a lot of films, especially recent, that have violence just for its own sake. At least, that's how I view it.
