Which cut do you prefer?
I think a lot has to do with our personalities and how we choose to view cinema and live our lives. Original director's or shorter cut?

The film has a many flaws, but it's still one of my all time favourites. Great characters, an exceptional score, superb cinematography and most of all an outstanding story. Sentimental- yes, a beautifully woven story- yes, flawless- no.

The director's cut of this movie is brilliant. Even though the italian lip-sync is suprisingly poor, this classic masterpiece is a lesson in how to create a heart-warming movie by buliding great characters.
