"Manos" is pretty boring as it tries to build horror and menace. Not much going on.
Ed is constantly throwing stuff at the viewer in an attempt to keep them entertained: aliens! zombies! funny cops! conspiracy theories! Tor Johnson! Criswell! Vampira's cleavage! Flying saucers exploding! Add Ed's usual overbaked dialog and you have a souffle of hilarity.

glen or glenda is a truly boring film Robin. therefore it is terrible. i agree that plan 9 is not boring.
