Why wouldn't it be a real western? Its set in the old west, it has cowboys, indians, and gunslingers. What is non-western about it? I really dont like The Magnificent Seven as much as the other stuff on this list. Plus, The Seven Samurai is superior to its remake in every way.

Well... I do not really know how to be more detailed...
I got a list of hookermovies. Movies with hookers in them. And in your list... there are two movies that is also on my list. My list of movies with hookers in them. In L.A. Confidential there are the kind of hookers that looks like moviestars. In Sin City there are hookers that could turn you inside out if you just look at them the wrong way. That is why Sin City's hookers rules over L.A. Confidentials hookers. It is not a question wich film is better - just based on wich film got the best hookers. All in a satirical way and in no way meant to be taken seriously I might add!  You can read my user statement to get even more info!
